At LVW Underwear, we prioritize hygiene and customer satisfaction. While we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in original packaging, please note that for health reasons, intimate apparel that has been tried on or removed from its seal cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Our team will review your request within 24 hours to ensure the items meet our hygiene standards and are eligible for a return.

  Package and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original, unopened packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your package, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
